In Japan there is a special telephone, a place where words are entrusted to the wind to reach those who are no longer close. Wind was born from this emotion, inspired by the touching book “Quel che affidiamo al vento” by Laura Imai Messina.

This collection is a tribute to Otsuchi's Wind Telephone , a symbol of connection beyond time and space, an invitation to give voice to our deepest thoughts and to recognize our true beauty in fragility.

Each Wind creation contains the poetry of waiting and memory, transforming glass into a breath of light and transparency.

The Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an e-mail to the following address info@exclusivedesignhouse.com, communicating: name of the applicant, code and description of the article, details for making the refund. Although not regulated, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal remains governed by articles 54-59 of the Consumer Code (legislative decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments). Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the customer must send the goods object of the transaction in exactly the same condition in which he received them.
The Customer acknowledges that it is not possible to accept returns of products that have been personalized.
After receiving the return huh! will carry out the appropriate checks and, in the event of a positive outcome, will send an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer.
