The Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an e-mail to the following address info@exclusivedesignhouse.com, communicating: name of the applicant, code and description of the article, details for making the refund. Although not regulated, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal remains governed by articles 54-59 of the Consumer Code (legislative decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments). The Customer acknowledges that it is not possible to accept returns of products that have been personalized.
