The customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an email to the following address info@exclusivedesignhouse.com, providing: the name of the requester, the code and description of the item, details for the refund. For matters not covered, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is regulated by articles 54-59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments). Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the customer must return the goods exactly in the same conditions as received.

The customer acknowledges that returns of personalized products cannot be accepted. Upon receiving the return, eh! will conduct the necessary checks and, if successful, will send an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the customer.
